The Illinois Reading Council is hosting the 2020 Illinois Reads Book Selection Festival on March 14. Refer to the website for information regarding this event and to see the 2020 selected books. http://www.illinoisreads.org/


The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is now accepting Youth Preparedness Council applications. The deadline to apply is March 8. Students in 8th - 11th grade are eligible to apply. https://www.ready.gov/kids/youth-preparedness-council
